Best hotel service in the city. The staff from concierge to housekeeping to room service was so friendly, personable and accommodating. The room was so clean. The beds were REALLY cozy. I loved the layout of the room as well.

The hotel is wonderful, its location is excellent in the city center and the furniture is excellent, but what distinguishes this hotel is the service spirit of its staff, especially kalhorinc, which was more than wonderful at the front desk ... I strongly recommend this hotel

Breakfast O K. Could get coffee every morning free. Everyone was nice and friendly.

The staff professionalism for the hotel was outstanding. They were 'next level' and appeared they had been trained well. They were very friendly and willing to provide any and all assistance needed. The whole experience put me at ease... which is what you want when you're away. :)

Excellent location walking distance to convention center, stadium, arena and restaurants. Staff SUPER friendly.

Very clean room comfortable and quiet. No issues very comfortable bed and good shower.
